Rambax.com Website Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This Website Privacy Policy describes how Rambax, LLC (“Rambax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you visit Rambax.com or submit its support form (collectively, the “Website”).
This policy applies only to the Website. It does not replace or modify the separate privacy policies for the Simple Transfer, MaxVault, or UltraScanner mobile applications.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
If you contact us through the support form, we collect the app you select, the subject of your request, your email address, your message, and any other information you choose to include. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for us to address your request.
Information collected automatically
When you access the Website, our hosting, content-delivery, and security providers may automatically process limited technical information ordinarily transmitted in a web request. This can include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, request date and time, requested page or file, referring page, browser type, device or operating-system information, and security or error information. The support form also uses technical anti-spam measures, including hidden form fields and submission timing.
2. How We Use Information
We use information collected through the Website to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Website;
- respond to support requests and troubleshoot the issue you report;
- detect, prevent, and investigate spam, abuse, security incidents, and technical failures;
- maintain appropriate business and support records; and
- comply with applicable law and protect our legal rights.
3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We do not use analytics services, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or cross-site tracking on the Website. The Website application does not set cookies. Our content-delivery or security provider may use a strictly necessary cookie or similar technology when required to provide security, detect malicious traffic, or remember the result of a security challenge.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because the Website does not engage in those activities, it does not provide a sale or targeted-advertising opt-out mechanism.
4. Service Providers and Other Disclosures
We may disclose information to service providers that process it for the purposes described in this policy. These include website hosting, content delivery and security providers; Amazon Web Services, which delivers support-form email through Amazon Simple Email Service; and other providers that help us maintain and secure the Website. They may process technical request information or support-form information as necessary to perform their services.
Tutorial videos are linked to YouTube and are not embedded in the Website. Information is sent to YouTube only if you choose to follow a YouTube link. Links to Apple, Microsoft, and other third-party websites are likewise governed by the privacy practices of the destination you choose to visit.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; protect the rights, safety, and security of Rambax or others; investigate fraud or abuse; or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
If the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Swiss data-protection laws apply, Rambax processes personal data when necessary for its legitimate interests in operating and securing the Website, preventing abuse, responding to communications, and protecting legal rights; to take steps you request when you contact us; and to comply with legal obligations. Where applicable law requires consent, we will rely on consent and you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
6. Retention
We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide follow-up support, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or security obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security schedules of Rambax and its service providers. Retention may be extended when reasonably necessary for an active legal claim, security investigation, or legal requirement.
7. International Processing
Rambax is based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for transfers of personal data between countries.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
California residents may request information about personal information collected, used, or disclosed by Rambax and may request correction or deletion where applicable. Rambax will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may need to verify your request before completing it. Because the Website does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or sharing opt-out required for the Website.
To submit a request, email [email protected]. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of the relevant individual.
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers provide Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Because the Website does not use behavioral advertising, sell personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, its practices do not change in response to these signals.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Website, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the revised policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required by law. The revised policy applies from the posted “Last updated” date unless a later date is stated.
